The matter has been placed on the list again for the rectification of typographical errors inadvertently crept into the order dated 21st August 2024. On 10th September 2024, when the matter was listed, the petitioner did not appear. The typographical errors that crept into the order dated 21st August 2024 were corrected based on the submission of the learned advocate for the respondents.

However, today, the petitioner appearing in person via virtual mode pointed out that one date has not been correctly recorded in both orders, namely, the orders dated 21st August 2024 and 10th September 2024. To eliminate any confusion, the order dated 10th September 2024 is recalled.

It is ordered that the date '2nd February 2020' appearing in the 10th line of internal page 5 of the order dated 21st August 2024 should be recorded as '2nd February 2021'. The Office is directed to make the necessary correction in the said order.

The other portions of the order dated 21st August 2024 shall remain unaltered.
