Perused the affidavit of compliance filed by the Block Development Officer, Nabagram, District Murshidabad where copy of the reasoned order dated 17th October, 2022 has been annexed.

It appears therefrom that the prayer of the petitioner stood rejected. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order before the competent forum, if so advised.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the alleged contemnor explaining the delay in complying the order passed by this Court. Though the Court is not satisfied with the explanation given in not

complying the order within the stipulated time period, but a chance is provided to the concerned Block Development Officer to remain cautious while dealing with the order passed by the Court.

Contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
