The petitioner is aggrieved by delay in completing the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him by two charge sheets dated 26th April, 2023.

The petitioner is aggrieved that he is in suspension from 26th April, 2023.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the nature of charge against the petitioner, this Court directs the District Judge, Purulia to complete the two departmental proceedings against the petitioner mandatorily and positively within a period

of 5 months from date and pass final orders therein.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
