The present criminal revision of the year 2023 has been preferred praying for quashing of the entire proceedings in connection with SPL. NDPS Case No.66/2022 arising out of Karandighi Police Station Case No.403/2022 dated 05.08.2022 under section 21(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985(as amended till date now pending before the learned Judge, Special Court, NDPS Act, Raiganj at Uttar Dinajpur. At the present stage the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the present revision.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner the revisional application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
