The learned advocate appearing for the Howrah Municipal Corporation submits that a self-demolition notice has already been issued to respondent no. 8 for the alleged unauthorized construction.

In light of the above, there is nothing further to be decided in the present writ petition. The learned advocate for the Corporation shall provide a copy of the self-demolition notice to the learned advocate for the petitioner within 48 hours from the date of this order.

With the above directions and observations, the instant writ petition, WPA No. 9445 of 2024, is disposed of.
