Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as they did not consider the representation dated 13.03.2025. The petitioner complains that she is unable to enter her matrimonial home and even visit her ailing mother. To that effect, police authorities did not respond and as such, the petitioner has been compelled to approach this Court.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is a family feud which is existing amongst the brothers and sisters and the genesis of such dispute relates to the residential house of the petitioner's mother viz. Sandhya Sardar.

Having considered the nature of the dispute, I am of the view that the police authorities without a

civil court's order will not implement and/or take steps in respect of the egress and ingress of an individual who may be a relation, but is not regularly staying at the residence. In case the petitioner approaches the civil court and there are directions upon the police authorities, police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8791 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
