Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Considering the area of land under cultivation and considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 3408 of 2021 is dismissed.
