The appellant is personally present in Court. We have directly interacted with the appellant in order to find out whether the appellant is willing to proceed with the appeal. The appellant, however, expressed her unwillingness to proceed with the appeal.

The appeal being FA 76 of 2015, accordingly, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The original letter of instruction dated 31st March, 2022 is taken on record.
