Mr. S.P.Pahari ....for the petitioner The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction of an ICDS project on a debutter property over Dag No. 528, J.L. No. 195, Khatian No. 54 under Mouza - Gurundia, P.S. Contai, District - Purba Medinipur.

On a perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is yet to file a proper objection before the concerned Panchayat alleging unauthorized construction. The representation which has been filed before the respondent authorities does not give the details of the unauthorized construction made at the subject premises.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate objection before the concerned Gram Panchayat highlighting the unauthorized

construction made. If such objection is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be taken up for consideration by the concerned authorities strictly in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
