The petitioner in this contempt proceeding has alleged willful and deliberate violation by the alleged contemnor of the order of this Court dated August 11, 2023 in WPA 8385 of 2022.

Learned advocate for the alleged contemnor appears and submits that an appeal has been preferred by the alleged contemnor as against the said order of the Court, which is now pending before the Hon'ble Appeal Court. On this ground, he seeks accommodation. 3.

Though, there is no material to find that an order of stay has been passed in the said appeal, however, for the ends of justice, I direct that this matter be adjourned today and listed in the monthly cause list of April, 2025, for further considerations.

The copy of the contempt application is served upon the learned advocate for the alleged contemnor in Court today. That will suffice so far as service upon the alleged contemnor, is concerned.
