Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw this intra-Court appeal with the liberty to file relevant documents in WPA of alongwith an application for stay for stopping construction of boundary wall.

application are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merit and on tenability of such application which is to be filed before the learned Single Judge.
