CAN 1 of 2020 (old CAN 5121 of 2020) is disposed of by taking up the writ petition for consideration.

The grievances of the petitioners are directed against the management of the school and its conduct. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners refers to a report of the District Inspector of Schools which tabulates the various irregularities in the management of the school.

State is represented.

It appears from the records made available to Court, the petitioners made representations to various authorities with regard to the affairs of the school. Such representations are yet to be disposed of.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the respondent no.5 to look into the grievances of the petitioners and consider and decide the

representations made by the petitioners, in accordance with law. The respondent no.5 will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The respondent no.5 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that he deems appropriate. The respondent no.5 will pass a reasoned order which he will communicate to the petitioners forthwith thereafter. It is expected that, the respondent no.5 concludes the entire exercise within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

There are other reliefs sought for by the petitioners in this writ petition. At this stage, since, the Court is directing consideration of the representations by the respondent no.5, leave is granted to petitioners to renew such prayer at an appropriate stage.

W.P.A. No.6467 of 2020 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
