Case No.724 of 2012 now pending before Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas. It appears from the record that on 10.06.2013 an interim order was passed staying all further proceedings of the case.

Since petitioners have not taken any steps, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

The interim order of stay is vacated.

All connected applications are disposed of.
