It appears that there are disputes between the private parties with regard to the management of a post of a religious society. The grievances of the private parties revolve around the same. A writ court need not enter into such arena. The Court is informed that there is a civil suit pending.

The private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
