This application for anticipatory bail has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 13/2019 dated 18.3.2019 under Sections 341/323/324/326/354/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recording of learned Sessions Judge, Birbhum in the order dated March 10, 2021 the petitioner's bail is incorrect and that his client is not absconding. This Court sees from the record that the petitioner after rejection of the anticipatory bail dated July 2019 by the Court below has not cooperated with the Investigating Officer. The second application thereafter was also consequently rejected by the Court below on March 10.3.2021.

This Court, having considered the case diary, Memo of Evidence and the materials on record, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

CRM 3413 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
