Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated in the instant case. State is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the petitioner no. 1 is a widow, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her. So far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner no. 1 namely Smt. Arpana Mndal shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Petitioner no. 1 shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
