By the order impugned the petitioner herein was directed to file a statement of accounts on affidavit with regard to the payment already made by him and the total amount outstanding, if any.

After hearing the learned advocate for the respective parties and after perusing the materials on record, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order impugned warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view thereof, C.O. 1374 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
