He submits, it has been listed pursuant to direction in said order for reporting compliance on payment of costs.

None appears on behalf of petitioner to supply proof of payment.

State is at liberty to produce copy of this order before State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal, the beneficiary in respect of direction for payment of costs.
