This revisional application challenges the order dated 23rd December, 2010 passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, under NDPS Act., 2nd Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri by which the prayer for bail of the accused person was rejected.

With all fairness, Mr. De submits that the proceeding itself has culminated into an order of acquittal. Therefore, this revisional application does not warrant to any further consideration and is disposed of being "infructuous".
