Petitioner seeks police picket.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, at this stage, police interference is not called for.

In the facts of the present case, in my view, interest of justice would be subserved by permitting the petitioner to apply for posting of police picket, if required. In the event the petitioner applies for police picket, the authorities will consider such application, in accordance with law. No doubt, the petitioner will pay the costs and expenses for the same.

W.P.A. No.6479 of 2020 is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
