The writ petition was preferred as the petitioner was aggrieved by the process and progress of investigation.

To that effect, last of the representation was made to the Circle Inspector, Ghatal Circle, Paschim Medinipur and the same was in relation to Daspur P.S. Case No.108 of 2024. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that in connection with aforesaid case, police authorities on conclusion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet on or about 05.03.2024. Having considered that the police authorities have already submitted their charge-sheet, if the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would canvass such issue under the relevant provisions of law before the jurisdictional court. Learned court would assess and ascertain the grievances and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9546 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
