Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for bail. Learned advocate for the State has pointed out that petitioner's Special Leave to Appeal has been dismissed on 11th of March, 2026 (Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 4179/2026). There is a direction to complete the trial within six months. Having regard to the fact that the superior Court has rejected the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner's prayer for bail in CRM (NDPS) 729 of 2026 is dismissed.
