At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. However, on perusal of the order dated 20th March, 2017 passed by a coordinate Bench it appears that the Court directed the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura, being the respondent no. 3 to proceed and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law in consideration of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Division Bench reported in 1987(2) Calcutta Law Journal 144, The District Inspector of Schools -vsSamsul Huda. In view of the direction contained in order dated 20th March, 2017 it appears that the writ petition stood disposed of and no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
