Petitioner seeks consideration and disposal of a representation made to the authorities dated June 12, 2020. State is represented.

In the facts of the present case, in my view, interest of justice would be sub-served by requiring the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation dated June 12, 2020, in accordance with law. The respondent no.4 will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner

and to such other persons that he may deem fit and proper necessary. He is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which he will communicate to the parties forthwith thereafter. It is expected that, the entire exercise is completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to him.

W.P.A. No.6486 of 2020 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
