The petitioner has been terminated by a letter of the school dated January 11, 2021. The issue was date of birth. The school says that it is a forged document on the basis of which the service was given to him and it is not matching with the certificate issued from the Bihar School Examination Board which he had submitted when verified with the said Bihar School Examination Board.

I find disputed questions of facts are there. This matter is not entertained in writ jurisdiction. The matter is dismissed.
