The order dated 24th April, 2025 has been complied with. The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has submitted that in terms of our order, relief works have been carried out. It is submitted that they wish to repair some temples and they are in process. However, we are not concerned with repairing of any temple as there is no allegation that they have been prevented from repairing temples.

We are not entertaining any plea that such repairing work was due to alleged destruction of temple and it is not required for us in this proceeding to go into such question as there is no allegation to that effect and the writ petition was only confined to distribution of the relief works. 3.

WPA 8684 of 2025 along with MAT 578 of 2025 assigned by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice on 6th May, 2025 are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
