It appears from the report filed by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas that there are 65 students and 7 teachers. Therefore, the pupil teacher ratio is much above the ratio required under the Right to Education Act. Therefore, the petitioner should go to the school where he has been transferred within a period of seven days from date and to join the school. The present school will release him immediately. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the school being the respondent no.5 by 8th May, 2023. The petitioner shall not have any break in service. If any leave application is made by the petitioner that will be duly considered by the school authority.

The writ application is disposed of.
