Mr. Malay Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party and informs this Court that the matrimonial suit sought to be withdrawn and transferred by the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has already been disposed of on compromise.

In view of such development of the matter, C.O. 1317 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
