Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his land adjoining the P.W. road has been utilised by the State authorities for expansion of P.W. road. The said land has neither been acquired, nor any compensation paid to the petitioner for the same. The petitioner submitted a representation to that effect before the 6th respondent on 1st March, 2021 which is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the 6th respondent to consider the said representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 1st March, 2021 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, after giving reasonable

opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions this writ petition WPA 9849 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
