Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 2500 of 2016.

It would be appropriate to request the learned Judge in seisin of G.R. Case No. 2500 of 2016 to endeavour to dispose of such proceedings as expeditiously as possible since the same is pending since 2016. In doing so, learned Judge is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

Court is informed that there is an application for discharge pending since 2022.

Learned Judge is requested to hear and dispose of such application for discharge as expeditiously as possible and

preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed.
