Sri Biplab Mondal The present appeal was preferred against the order dated D/L19 20.06.2024 Bpg.

13.02.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bankura in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2019 as also the judgment and order of acquittal dated 27.12.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Bankura in connection with Complaint Case No.77C of 2015 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Records of the appeal reflect that the same appeared on 20th June, 2019 when none represented the appellant. As the present appeal is against the order of acquittal and there is no persuasion on behalf of the appellant, I direct that the appeal being CRA 256 of 2019 be dismissed for default.
