WPA No. 7098 of 2018 The petitioner submits that the private respondents have demolished the toilet and bathroom of the petitioner. He has complained to the Haripal Police Station, Hooghly, but the Police have not taken any steps.
This Court finds that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature.
Appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out in this regard.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
