3. The petitioner appearing on behalf of the Provident Fund Authority produces a letter dated 23.05.2018 given by the respondent no.

2 that an amount to the tune of Rs.

Rs.21,08,405.00/- has already been received from the Provident Fund Authorities in respect of PF Code No.

WB/PRB/12133 on 22/05.2018 which is reproduced below:- "I, the undersigned Managing Director of M/s. Krebs Manufacturing Services Ltd. Having P/F Code No. WB/PRB/12133 have received the cheque amounting to Rupees 21,08,405/- (Rupees Twenty One Lac Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Five only) dt. 22/05/2018 Drawn on State Bank of India, Park Street (Calcutta) Branch on account of Calcutta High Court's order dated 11/05/2018 related to WP No. 2780 (W) of 2015. I am enclosing herewith the acknowledge copy of last submitted Form 5A as a proof of authorize person of the establishment as well as above stated writ petition."

4. The petitioner submits that since the amount has been paid to the respondent no. 2 as per direction of the Court, the matter can be remanded back to the Regional Provident Fund Authority to revisit the issue and for passing necessary orders in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition being WPA 7195 of 2015 is disposed of.
