The writ petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the school authorities of Kasemnagar N.A.J. High School, District-Purba Bardhaman.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner fairly submits that the primary grievance of the petitioner is withholding of yearly increment and it has also been submitted that during pendency of this writ petition yearly increment has been restored and at present petitioner is in receipt of yearly increment including arrears. However, during course of submission it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there are

other irregularities pertaining to administration of the school at the instance of the head of the institution. In this regard notice of this Court has been drawn to page 53 of this writ petition whereby representation has been preferred by the petitioner before the concerned respondent authorities.

School authorities are represented by learned advocate. Today other respondents are not represented. The learned advocate representing the school authorities disputes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner regarding administrative irregularities. Having considered the fact that the primary grievance of the petitioner is withholding of incremental benefits and that has already been released in favour of the petitioner along with arrears no order need be passed on this writ petition further except granting leave to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if there are administrative irregularities at the instance of the school authorities.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
