Learned counsel for the petitioner files a receipt of service of notice which is kept on record.

It is submitted that the writ petition was preferred against an order of disqualifying the petitioner as Director of companies till October 31, 2023.

In view of expiry of such period, the concerned Director's Identification Number (DIN) is due to be reactivated subject to other conditions being fulfilled by the petitioner.

Hence, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, WPA 9858 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.
