1. Petitioner is present in person.

Heard on admission. The reliefs claimed in the WPA(P) are vague/ambiguous in nature. The attention of petitioner was drawn to this aspect by the Court and it was informed to her that a legal-aid lawyer can be provided to her free of cost. The petitioner is not willing to engage any legal-aid counsel.

2. We have heard her at length. Not only the prayer is vague, the contents of petition are also equally vague and are not matching with the representation dated 07.10.2020/13.05.2022 (Page 22).

3. No relief can be granted in such a vague PIL. Thus, PIL is not entertained, however, in the interest of justice, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a properly constituted petition. (Sujoy Paul, C.J.) (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
