1. The parties are represented through their respective learned Counsels.
2. A written instruction submitted by the learned Counsel for the Opposite Party which is kept on record.
3. The learned Advocate for the opposite party No.1 submits that he has got written instruction from his client that the matter has been settled between the parties, they have already sold out their shares in the demise property in favour of the petitioner. The learned Advocate for the petitioner does not dispute such statement made on behalf of the learned Advocate for the Opposite Party No.1.
4. It is also informed that the all the pending proceedings between the parties have been settled and withdrawn by the respective parties.
The execution case filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.1 has also been withdrawn which has been communicated by the Opposite Party No.1.
5. In view of such developments in the pending proceedings as well as the disputed properties, the instant revisional application is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.
6. The instant revisional application has been filed challenging an award dated July 8, 2014 passed in Dispute Case No.54/RCS of 2013 affirmed by judgment dated March 1, 2017 passed by the learned West Bengal Cooperative Tribunal. The aforesaid award and the judgment of the learned West Bengal Cooperative Tribunal are accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.
