The site plan of the subject premises has been handed over by the learned advocate representing the Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited to the learned advocate representing the petitioners. An addition is being made to the said order.

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation, if required, may afford an opportunity of hearing to the Kolkata Metro Railway as it has been submitted by the petitioners that one of the stations of Kolkata Metro

Railway (Esplanade) is located beneath the premises at 9, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata.
