1. Mr. Tapan Manna, Pradhan of the Chhatri Gram Panchayat is personally present in Court in response to the contempt rule issued.

2. Affidavit of compliance filed in Court today is taken on record.

3. It appears that there has been substantial compliance of the direction passed by the Court, however, at a very delayed point of time. The issue of unauthorized construction has been reported to the Sub-divisional Officer.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter with the Sub-divisional Officer.

5. The contemnor is cautioned to remain extremely alert in future while dealing with orders passed by the Court.

6. In view of the above the contempt application stands disposed of.

7. The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor stands dispensed with.

8. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
