The petitioner seeks transfer on special ground.

It appears that her application for transfer is a pretty old one.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by observing that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application for transfer in the prescribed format.

In the event such an application is made, the same shall be considered by the Head of the Institution in accordance with the prevailing rules at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the application.

All necessary consequential steps shall be taken thereafter without any further delay.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
