1. In view of the fact that the lowest marks obtained by the candidate under the category under which the petitioner applied for was 41 whereas the marks obtained by the petitioner in the written test was 34 we are of the view that the learned Single Judge has rightly rejected the writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid, MAT 710 of 2022 stands dismissed.

4. In view of dismissal of the appeal nothing remains to be decided in the application for Stay being CAN 1 of 2022 and the same is accordingly dismissed.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
