Ct. No.17 that despite recommendation of her name by the School Service Commission for the post of a teacher in Urdu Medium School on 27th June, 2019, she has not been recommended.

The petitioner has not produced any B. Ed.

Certificate, is the contention of the learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Learned advocate for the Board submits that as the petitioner could not produce her B. Ed. Certificate, no appointment letter was issued to her. There is also no B.Ed. Certificate of the petitioner annexed in the writ application. No prayer has been made to produce the same before this court.

I find no illegality on the part of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in not issuing the appointment letter.

The writ application is dismissed.
