This matter has come up at the instance of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner pointing out that there was a typographical mistake in the fourth line of paragraph four of the first page of the order dated 18th May, 2023 where instead of 28th April, 2022 it has been recorded as 31st March, 2022.

I have perused the record and I find that this mistake has occurred due to fault of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and not for the fault of the recording officer.

The aforesaid typographical mistake be corrected subject to payment of cost of 20 GMs to be paid by the petitioner to Mr. Roy Chowdhury, Ld. Advocate appearing for the respondent within two days from date.

Let it be corrected accordingly.

Department is directed to do the needful.
