1. The application for cancellation of bail is at the behest of the State.

2. Court is informed that, at the trial, recording of statements under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. so far as the under-trials are concerned, are over.

3. In such circumstances, we find no ground to cancel the bail already granted.
