Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner prayed for transfer from her present school to another school.

However, it is submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties that petitioner was appointed on being selected in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for Classes XI & XII.

1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for Classes XI & XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 passed in civil appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.9586 of 2024 [State of West Bengal vs. Baishakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) and Ors.].

Since petitioner has lost job in terms of order dated 3rd April, 2025 her right to get transferred in terms of transfer Rules does not exist.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 8.
