1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of coaccused viz. Abdul Hossain @ Abul Hossain was turned down by this court in February, 2024. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said co-accused. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
