1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment dated 22.09.2023.

In the cause title of the order 'Justice Ajay Kumar Gupa' shall be read as 'Justice Ajay Kumar Gupta'.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said judgment.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
