Opposite party nos.2 & 3 were in custody since November, 2022. Investigation is complete. None of the offences attract mandatory life imprisonment. In view of the aforesaid and as investigation is complete, learned trial Judge enlarged opposite party nos.2 & 3 on bail. We do not find any illegality and/or irregularity in the said order.

With regard to the plea of misuse of liberty, it is open to the petitioner to approach the trial court for necessary relief, if so advised. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (DB) 1482 of 2023 is disposed of.
