Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that, he was briefed, at least seven days back. He was aware of the order as also its noncompliance. No steps were taken to comply with the order. Since, the appellant chose not to comply with the order of the High Court, we find no ground to continue with the appeal.

F.M.A. 3659 of 2014 along with connected application are dismissed without any order as to costs.
