Vaisya Mr. Nilay Baran Mandal ..for the DPSC, Purulia The petitioner's period of absence from 19th June, 1989 to 29th March, 2010 was condoned by the Commissioner of School Education by order dated 18.08.2019. Now the petitioner has claimed her revised pension treating the said period as qualified service. According to the order of the Commissioner of School Education dated 18.08.2019 although the said period was condoned as the period of break in service but the same shall not count as qualifying service. The D.I. has passed a reasoned order which is kept on record.
Therefore, the said period should not be treated as qualified service. There is no merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
